We are Family!

(Note to anyone that may talk to Grandma KL: I think these are going to be a surprise so don't mention them or show them to her!!!)

The Prescott cousins got together to get some pictures. My lovely sister-in-law took them... SO talented!

It is so fun that Liam has so many cousins on both sides of the family. LOTS of little friends. And also many accomplices in future mischievousness.

We also took some family pictures. I didn't want to post very many because we will be using one of them for our Christmas card.

Of course I am a little bias: But I think he is THE cutest baby in the entire world!

His First Big Day!

Here are some pictures of Liam on his blessing day. It was a very good day. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for more. Everything went so well!

Here is Dad and Liam, both looking quite handsome. Nate got to sport his new suit. Liam wore Evan's blessing outfit made by Grandma Sue. She, of course is so talented.

I attempted to make his booties. At midnight the night before, I had one of them completely finished but was too tired to sew the sole on the second one. Grandma Sue came to the rescue the next morning and quickly put together the second shoe. Thanks Momma!

Our sweet little angel has been a huge blessing and reminder of Heaven. I know that he came straight from our Heavenly Father. I am so blessed to be his Momma!

Not so Little Liam

Our little boy is growing! It seems like we can't keep up... between the clothes and the diapers. He is outgrowing EVERYTHING!

I HAD to post some semi-naked pictures. He is just too cute!

Lately, Liam loves his hands. They are constantly moving, this a rare photo of them when they are holding still. Many people of commented on how masculine they are.

Here he is... Two months old! Getting so big!

Liam and cousin Maddie. They are 6 weeks apart. Can you tell they are related? I can see it.

Liam and Momma. He looks so cute in his baseball outfit from Great-Grandma Shauna and
Great-Aunt Julie.

Fun with Baby

We have captured some pretty funny pictures of our new son among the thousands that we are taking as new parents. Of course we think our baby is the most beautiful boy in the whole world... as most parents do (about their own children). I wanted to share some...

Sleeping babies are always a favorite... So sweet!

Tummy Time

With his Bink.

Almost caught his smile. One of these days I will. :)

Squished hiker face.

Our first outing as a family. We hiked up a trail for Nato's Birthday. Liam slept.

Two of my favorites. He slept all through Stake Conference. When we pulled him out of his car seat, this is what he did...

We love our little peanut!

Our Trip (Part 1)

Nate and I were blessed to be able to go back to the South this last week. We decided to drive: which was interesting... and long. But worth it by how much we saved. The trip was an overall success. We didn't get to do everything and see everyone that we wanted to, but we had a great time none-the-less.

Our first night we stayed in Kansas City, MO. The next morning we went to the National WWI Museum there. We spent a couple hours there and still could have spent WAY more time on the premises. The museum was amazing!

We then went to Mount Juliet, Tennessee. This was the area I was trained in as well as my 4th area in the mission. I LOVE these people so much!
We had the pleasure of staying with Janet and her family. These boys were hillarious! Nate had a fun time playing with them.
We got to see my old Ward Mission Leader in MJ and his awesome family. It was nice to be able to go and visit them without having a 1-hour time limit. :)

We ate at the Pancake Pantry in Nashville. (A missionary favorite).

Nate had the chocolate chip pancakes - YUM!

And I had the Apricot Lemon Pancakes, also very delish!

The Growing Baby Bump

As everyone knows, we are expecting a baby and have tried to capture the progression of his growth. Not much has happened up until recently but I thought we would share these none-the-less.

Week 10

Week 12
Week 14
Week 16

I started feeling pretty good at about week 14. My doctor was happy that I had finally gained weight (instead of loosing it) at my last appointment. My new battle is not succumbing to all the cravings that involve a lot of fat and sugar. Has anyone else had this problem?
